What You'll Need
- An Amazon Firestick (any model: Fire TV Stick Lite, HD, 4K or 4K Max)
- A TV with a free HDMI port
- A stable internet connection
- Your Amazon account signed in on the Firestick
Note: For smooth HD streaming, aim for at least 10 Mbps. For 4K, 25 Mbps or more is recommended. Most UK fibre broadband packages cover this comfortably.
Step 1: Install a Player App on Your Firestick
You need a media player app to play your IPTV content on the big screen. We recommend IBO Pro Player, but Hot Player or BOB Player work just as well. Pick whichever you prefer.
- From the Firestick home screen, select Find, then Search.
- Type IBO Pro Player (or Hot Player / BOB Player).
- Select the app from the results and choose Download (or Get).
- Once installed, select Open.
If you can't find the app, restart your Firestick and check that its software is up to date under Settings > My Fire TV > About.
Step 2: Find Your MAC Address
When your player app opens for the first time, it shows a screen with your device details. Look for:
- MAC Address: a code like
AA:BB:CC:11:22:33 - Device Key (if shown): a short code displayed next to it
This MAC address is how your Firestick is identified, so keep this screen open or take note of it carefully. Double-check every character, as one wrong letter or number means the setup won't work.
Step 3: Send Us Your MAC Address
Now send your MAC address (and the Device Key, if your screen shows one) to our team through WhatsApp or our website.
We'll use it to set up your device and activate your free 24-hour trial, so you can test the service on your own Firestick and TV before choosing a plan.
Got your MAC address ready?
Send it to us and we will activate your free 24-hour trial in minutes.
Step 4: Restart the App and Start Watching
Once our team confirms your device is ready:
- Close the player app completely.
- Reopen the app. Your content will load automatically.
- Browse the categories, pick a channel and start streaming.
It usually takes just a few minutes from sending your details to watching.
Tips for the Best Streaming Experience in the UK
- Use a wired connection if you can. An Ethernet adapter for your Firestick is more stable than Wi-Fi, especially in the evenings when everyone is online.
- Keep your router close. A weak Wi-Fi signal is the most common cause of buffering.
- Restart regularly. Unplug your Firestick for 30 seconds if the app feels slow.
- Clear the app cache. Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications > your player app > Clear Cache if things start to lag.
- Update your Firestick. Newer software means better performance and fewer crashes.
